Prospects Easily Available in Federal Procurement

This week one of my Federal Mastermind members was frustrated. She was unsuccessful in finding contract opportunities for her services. After hours of searching, she told us, there were no contracts for her debt collections services. At first glance, you wonder why the government didn't need debt collections.
