How Your Values Can Create More Satisfaction Every Day

Want to know how your values can create more satisfaction and joy in your life every day? Upfront it's quite simple, clarify your core values and make daily choices that are in alignment with them. Unfortunately most of us face a different reality - we're so busy working, parenting and living that we're living a life which is more "just in time" instead of conscious and connected to our core.

Here's an analogy I like to use to help individuals just like you become aware of what it means to be more conscious of your core and core values.

Put your finger at the tip of your nose now. The tip of your nose is the part that starts to curve under. Guess what although you can see most of your finger, you can't see where the tip of your nose meets the tip of your finger. Although you know you have a "tip" on your nose you're not aware of what's happening there because it's out of your immediate sight. This is how most of us live every day - simply living your day without full awareness.

Now move the end of your finger up just a little bit and you'll be able to see it because now it's physically in front of you. If you're like 98% of the population you pay much more attention to what's visually in front of you. Although the tip of your nose is always there, just like your core values are a part of who you are, when you are not consciously making choices that are in alignment with them you are not taking action that is fully supportive of you creates a level of satisfaction and joy that continues to get you out of bed in the morning ready and excited to begin your day. You'll also notice that if you're not conscious of your core value that you probably tend to procrastinate when it comes to both your daily and long term goals.

The truth is, when you can't physically see something it's easy not to pay attention to it because although it seems like we should know what our core values are, most of us don't take time on a daily basis or even an annual basis to reconnect to them. Instead you may have made an assumption that your core values from oh a decade or so ago are the same ones that are most important to you right now. Guess what, change is constant, what that means to you is that your core values are also shifting in level of importance.

I've worked with hundreds of individuals who prior to our partnership spend more time creating a fun dinner with friends then they do focusing on what's at the core of their foundation often because they "think" they know. What they immediately learn is that some of what they said is most important is outdated or really the opinion of someone else, and they're not taking consistent action to support what is important. You can tell if this is you if you complain about things in your life.

Don't worry if you keep reading you'll learn a few things to help you get reconnected to what's most important.

Right now jot down your three most important core values. The mere action of doing this brings them into your current awareness. Now ask yourself, are these three values what I really think is most important or what I think should be most important. If it's the later do it again. Next to each value write down "why" it's your core value. What you're looking for is your emotional reason for the core value you choose. This emotional why is what makes your core value come alive to you. For example someone may choose "family" because their emotional why is "connection and adventure" and you may choose it because it's about "feeling taken care of and love" - for each person this is true.

Let's pretend you choose family, health and inner harmony as your top three core values. By making this choice you've just moved your finger from the tip of your nose where you can't see it, into your vision and consciousness.

When you become conscious you become more and more aware of yours true self; what's really important on a daily basis. It makes it easy to make choices that support you and fill you with more of your "emotional why".

Again, knowing your core values provides you criteria so that you are more aware of both what you don't want, and more importantly what you do want more of in your daily life. When you understand these distinctions you are able to more consciously stop complaining about what you can't control and do and take actions that support and create more of what supports your core values.

If you haven't reviewed your core values in the past six months I dare you to do so now and take one action every day that's in alignment with them. You're life will never be the same.

Take one action that can shift your life and get your free Values Clarification Tool now.

The Most Important Quality To Create Success Is Focus Of Mind

The key to putting this knowledge into place is to fully understand its power and simplicity. It will take a few days to build the momentum, but it will be well worth it.

1. Always live in the moment

This means putting your whole mind and life on what you are doing, as you are doing it. This is the only place where your mind should be. If you continue to live in the moment all the time, you will find it easier to access and connect to the subconscious mind within you. You will feel more alive and energised that good things are happening all around, and this will enhance your chances of achieving good success.

To live in the moment means concentrating on what you are doing and only that. There should be no thoughts on anything else. It takes practises to bring this quality into place, but it can be achieved by everyone. You need to be putting immense effort in and pushing yourself hard to your goals. This process is the best way to achieve exceptional results for anything. As you live in the moment, the subconscious mind gets accessed, and its inner resources get released. Your mind becomes powerful and you can get more of the things you want out of life that way.

2. Imagine your success as you want it to be

When you begin to imagine things as you want it to be, you send new signals to your unconscious mind. The mind then re-wires itself to make those things become more of a reality for you in the physical world.

You should spend 10 minutes every single day imagining your life going perfectly well and everything going perfect. This is a great way to access more of your inner resources and makes it easier to move quickly to what you want. Things you can imagine are how you want things to go in your life. What kind of house do you want to live in and who do you want to associate with? What things will you say to yourself every day? How would your life look if you were doing everything perfectly well and everything was truly amazing? This is the types of sensation you need to have on a regular basis. You need to be imagining things going in a resourceful way. When you feel true confidence flowing through your system, it becomes easier to move quickly to your goals.

You can also imagine your confidence as you achieve the things you want out of life. How confident would you feel being totally motivated and congruent with that of a millionaire? How good would you feel driving your dream car and knowing that everything is going perfectly well? Imagining things going perfectly well in your life and truly getting into the experience will change the way the unconscious mind communicates. This then begins to draw the real possibility of those things into your experiences.

Try these two steps above and see what it can do for you.

Beware of Left Leaning Politicians Promising to Create Jobs in America

Sometimes, I chuckle when I watch left-leaning socialist thinking podium pushing politicians get up and tell the TV audience by Teleprompter that they are going to introduce a plan to create jobs. The reality is that a socialist thinking politician cannot create jobs in a capitalist free market system. Those two views of politics are diametrically opposed in every regard. In fact, it's such hypocrisy, and so ridiculous, apparently no one can see the obvious. Okay so, now that I've got your attention, and you've already decided that you love me or hate me, let me explain.

Not long ago, I was reading an interesting article the Wall Street Journal it was well written piece published on October 28, 2011 and it was an editorial piece by John Bussey. His article was titled "Our Companies Responsible for Creating Jobs?" And attached to the article was a picture of protesters at the park in New York City's financial district which they had taken over and occupied. The article had an interesting paragraph quoting Milton Friedman, and another one quoting Howard Schultz the CEO of Starbucks, and how they were hiring people to expand their business, and also to help get America back to work.

However, I would like to remind you that the CEO of Starbucks, obviously a nice guy, who really cares, but he has an ulterior motive. He wants to look like the good guy, and since his business is expanding and hiring people, he is using that to promote his brand. More power to him, and I am a fan of Starbucks, and have read all of his books, good for him.

Nevertheless, I was also listening to the Internet radio and a show coming from Raleigh-Durham North Carolina where a far left-leaning Democrat got on the radio talk show and was explaining that it was up to businesses to hire people so everyone would have a job, so then they can go and buy stuff from the businesses so in-turn they can hire more people. That was her answer to creating jobs. Well, to that I say; thanks a lot lady, thanks for your input, that you are asking businesses to do the work for you, then you aren't needed as a politician to create jobs.

In fact, it is the left-leaning socialist type regulations which are strangling America, growing the bureaucracy, and causing our economy to sputter. It is so ironic that she would offer this up as a solution, almost demanding that businesses hire more people, or she was going to put the screws to them with higher taxes. Sometimes I just wish that we would teach free-market capitalism, financial literacy, and common sense in our schools. Maybe then we wouldn't have so many politicians that clearly don't know what they're talking about. Please consider all this and think on it.

Five Reasons You Should Create a Vision Board

Have you ever experienced how powerful creating a vision of your goals in life can be? No? I must admit until fairly recently neither had I. When I qualified as a Personal Coach I knew I wanted to help people who were unsatisfied with an area of their lives but I have to admit that other then a desire to help people I wasn't really clear on much else.

I had spent much of my life going through school and various fairly unsatisfactory jobs feeling that I was almost incidental to the process of life. I didn't feel I particularly mattered in my job roles and they for their part failed to inspire me.For years I thought that was how everyone lived. The trade off was that I spent 45 hours a week doing something dull in an office so I could pay a mortgage to live in a tiny house that cost me a fortune and which I didn't particularly like either. When I was made redundant for the 4th time in my life I began to question a lot of things and realised that since childhood I had simply followed a process in terms of education and employment but had never really thought about what I wanted.I had never really tried to create my own process but rather followed a well trodden path that was constructed and formed by other peoples expectations and the imprint of what they had done.

After reading about vision -boards I decided to train as a Vision Board Counsellor and as part of our training we have had to create our own vision board which is basically a little like creating a collage or scrap booking to create a visual representation of the things you want to focus on having more of in your life. I really enjoyed the process and now my vision board is as important to me as my business plan is for my business. Here are 5 reasons why you should create a vision board:

1) A visionboard helps you define your goals - When you are creating your board you will be attracted to some images and phrases and not to others because something will resonate with you. You may not be aware at the time but there will be good reasons why you are attracted to the things you choose to put on your board.

2) It helps you figure out why you want them - Creating and using your vision board really helps you get in touch with the true reasons you want the things you want so that you are really aligned with your true values.

3) It motivates you - Seeing the things you want to bring into your life each day really focuses your energies on going after them. Keep your vision board somewhere you can see it easily to maximise its effectiveness.

4) It helps you affirm your goals- Each time you look at your board it reminds you of why you are doing what you are doing.

5) It will help you to take positive powerful action towards you goals because every time you look at it you will be reminded of whats really important to you and want to move towards it.

You Are the Star of Your Own Life Movie! How to Create Powerful Roles For Yourself!

You are the star of your own movie!

You are also the writer the director and the producer. Why not create wonderful roles for yourself?

Are you creating roles that are too small for you? Are you acting in someone else's movie?

In my early years I acted in roles that were assigned by and created for others. I forced myself into roles hoping the outcome would be great. I thought doing, being and acting the way others felt was "right," would help me fit in better. Not only did that not happen, I began to dislike my life! The truth is, I didn't always know what I wanted so it became easier to play the part.

Fast forward... today, using my intuition, gut instinct and an incredible connection with my Spirit guides, I follow the guidance that supports me in the most amazing role of my life.... living my life purpose! I create roles for myself that push me to grow, honor my soul's purpose and celebrate my spirit. This is the role that is the center of my joy, great friendships, love and peace.

What roles are you creating that aren't in alignment with your soul's purpose?

You will begin to recognize these roles because they won't feel right, you'll feel like you're on a treadmill going nowhere and you probably won't be having much fun either.

Here are three 10-minute tips to help you create better roles for yourself.

Meditation - I know you have heard it before, meditation has great benefits. But you must actually do it. Start off slow with just 10 minutes a day. Sit quietly and focus your attention on a happy time or event in your life. From this place, ask a question. "What should be my next business product?" or "What should I title my book?" Listen for the answer during the course of your day. Notice what shows up. You may read an email that may trigger the message or perhaps a billboard while driving down the street may have the answer. Ten minutes a day will make a big impact.
Journal - I am sure you have heard about the benefits of journaling too. It is true; journaling can help you tap into your inner guidance. Taking 10 minutes a day to write your feelings, dreams, ideas and challenges in a journal will help you receive divine guidance for your most challenging decisions.
Gratitude - Being grateful for what you have allows you to receive more of it. Take a moment each day to express gratitude for what you have, who you are and the people who inspire and love you. By spending just 10 minutes a day expressing gratitude you will notice a major shift. Your inner guidance will kick into high gear to help you receive more of what brings you joy and more of what you desire.

With just 30 minutes out of your day, you will begin to create dynamic soul fulfilling roles for yourself. Become the star of your own movie and earn the "Happy Soul Award," my equivalent of an Oscar!

Create Your Success Story In 6 Easy Steps

Every success story starts as an idea. All big things were ideas first, before they become a reality. Our brain is like an electrical power station and thoughts are like electric impulses that feed our creativity. We have no clue how much power and potential We have in our brain.

Before you start your success story, you have to decide what you want. You have to have a very clear vision of your desires.

Step 1: Write down some specific things you want to achieve. If you want more money, write down the exact amount of money you want to earn.

Step 2: In this step you have to decide what you intend to give in return for the amount of money you desire. You know there is no such thing as something for nothing. Again, be specific what you will give for the good that you desire.

Step 3: Write down the definite date when you will get the money. When you set a goal you have to put a time limit on it. Think about how long will this take you. It's important not to give yourself an enormous amount of time. Give it six months or a year maximum. If you don't achieve it. Give yourself an extension.

Step 4: In this step you will create a plan how you will achieve your goal. It is important that you begin at once. Taking action is very important. You gotta put the energy out for universe to send it right back to you. What can you do today to get the good that you desire.

Step 5: In the fifth step is the time to regroup. This step is the composite of the first four steps. You have your four steps written down on a sheet of pepper. Read it every day. The repetition brings you closer to success. For a habit and read your goal every day. Put it on a wall somewhere you can see it every day.

Step 6: This will work for anything, not just money. In this step you have to back your goal with emotion. Read your goal twice a day. When you wake up and before you go to sleep. While you are reading it, see yourself already in the possession of the money. It is important that everything is in the present tense. You have to believe you can do it, because this will put you in the right positive vibration.

I know it is very hard to develop faith in yourself. You will believe in yourself if you do this every. Like I said before, repetition brings you closer to success, and it will also help you to believe in yourself. People who don't make it, are the people who don't do it every day. They get lazy. Don't be lazy, take action.

Take control of your life and turbocharge your success story with the best coaching program on the internet.

Achieve your business success with online business blueprint.

Create More Peace and Beauty, Inside and Out

As women, it is crucial to be surrounded by beauty. It's also a sign of auspiciousness. Your environment 'talks' to you on a daily basis and women are more sensitive to their environments whether they're conscious of it or not. Therefore, it is mandatory for you to program your environment to tell you the truth about who you are instead of allowing it to repeat negative habits or patterns.

We are all a work in progress. And as long as we strive to maintain balance in our body, mind and emotions, as well as within our individual lifestyle and household, we can be open to improvements and measure our progress on a daily basis. It is important to do something every day to nourish ourselves, and also our environment so we don't feel rundown or overwhelmed. Naturally, your environment either fuels or drains you. In order to feel good, comfortable and at peace, it is imperative to create a space that radiates positivity, organization and supports your goals.

What we surround ourselves with is a direct reflection of how we feel about ourselves, as well as being an indicator of where we are in our life, how confident we feel, and how much we value our health, relationships and our life's passions. It does not matter how expensive your house is or what kind of car you drive. Nor it is about how nice your furniture or décor is. Rather it is the energetic relationship to your surroundings and how you feel about each chosen item in its placement. If it brings you joy either with functionality, aesthetics or nostalgic value, then it is supporting your highest good. But if the mere sight of it brings you down such as a pile of clutter, dirty laundry or old worn down chair - then DO something about it!

It is the same with people. If there are those in your life that tend to bring you down by complaining all the time, criticizing others, being negative and pessimistic, then you are better off limiting your time with them. If they happen to be family and you have to interact with them often; gently redirect their attention to more positive conversation rather than participate in their misery. Surround yourself with people who make you laugh, offer genuine support and embody qualities you admire and appreciate. That also applies to the books you read, shows and movies you choose to watch and the types of places you frequent. It is all a reflection of who you are now and what you are becoming in each unfolding moment.

One of the best ways to create and emanate beauty from the inside out is to simply smile and to be loving and compassionate toward others. When we can truly accept others for who they are and how they choose to live their lives, appreciating their good qualities and pure humanness, then we can better accept ourselves and feel good about who we are.

"Want a great complexion and a face that attracts others? Genuinely wish others well ALL the time." - Srikumar Rao

Practice smiling more - at everyone! Make direct eye contact, breathe in deep, pull your shoulders back to open your heart and smile from deep within. No words are needed to create an intimate moment, even with a complete stranger. The more you do this, the more you will notice the universe smiling back at you through others - opening yourself up to new opportunities for growth, healing and meaningful relationships. Even if you are already in a long-term partnership, you can greatly improve it by simply smiling into their eyes and connecting on a deeper level.

Be conscious of your thoughts, words and actions, and how they affect those around you. Make it a daily goad to exude truth, beauty and love as much as possible and notice how every aspect of your life will improve just by adjusting your attitude and how you perceive the world around you.

4 Reasons to Create a Provisional Public Workforce

In American terminology Mexico's iron triangle consisted of businesses "too large or too important to fail", entrenched labor unions/labor aristocracy and politicians that pandered to aristocracy. One of the unique features of Mexico's iron triangle which relates to its draconian stance on illegal immigration and outsourcing is its desire to "not see money flee the country". Much like an injured man whose internalized physical injuries has resulted in blood loss, one internal socio-economic stressor akin to a country bleeding like an injured man is a country's ability to bleed money. One way for a country to bleed money is through the legal, yet harmful practice of remittance.

Rampant illegal and legal immigration has resulted in the socio-economic phenomenon known as remittance and is often a sign that entrenched labor unions have made labor too expensive to be affordable by corporations, or state and local governments. These entities may then attempt to alleviate the strain caused by labor unions by investing in laws that undermine their nation's immigration policies and inadvertently job seekers.

To add insult to injury immigration activists that mistakenly champion illegal immigration neglect the fact that Mexico and Argentina possess draconian immigration laws that make immigration into their country almost impossible for all but the most ideal legalized immigrants; usually those possessing wealth. They also neglect the fact that rampant immigration not only causes the country to hemorrhage money, but displaces millions of job seekers regardless of their minority or non-minority status within the U.S.

The problem is how to correct this situation in the midst of an economic meltdown. One means of correcting this is obvious - enforce the present immigration laws while seeking a moratorium severely limiting immigration into the U.S.; the second is to create a specialized workforce to replace illegal and legal immigrants, and who is willingly to work at a reduced wage during our current fiscal emergency.

Provisional Public Workers which consist of individuals that are considered unemployable within the job market are able to provide their state of origin with inexpensive labor in exchange for on job training (OJT), basic social health benefits: housing, medical care, food/clothing vouchers, etc. benefits that the state formerly provided through various programs such as SSI/SSDI, Food Stamps, or General Assistance and may now be unable to do so due to our fiscal climate. Private and Union workers are not willing to work under this type of arrangement; thus they may prove more expensive than their state of origin can afford. This decreased labor cost allows the state to initiate and complete much needed repairs to public infrastructure during a time of serious socio-economic impairment which could not be done under the cost required to employ both Private and Union workers.

There are currently 54 million disabled individuals existing within the U.S. that are native citizens; 24.3 percent of that population is composed of African and Native Americans (et. al., Funders Disability Network 2005). Another way for a country to bleed money is by impacting its social service net as its state and local government lays off workers while engaging in outsourcing. Through these practices state and local government as well as corporations increases their country's unemployment rate while forcing service networks to borrow more money from the federal government in order to provide various social services to their populations. This also increases tension between disenfranchised groups living within the country as they are forced to compete more fiercely for socio-economic resources and shrinking political power.

20 years after the Americans with Disabilities Act, education, job training and employment challenges still exist due to minorities dealing with various disabilities having to face a double stigma due to unspoken bias about how they received their disability, plus the lack of cultural competency and awareness of actual numbers concerning the population they are supposed to serve by outreach workers. Due to trickle down socio-economic policies there is a lack of appropriate training among outreach workers and inability to increase their numbers so that they may provide proper coverage of various underserved populations.

According to Fabricio Balcazar, Ph.D., (et. al., Strategies for Reaching Out to Minority Individuals With Disabilities 2001) "Department of Disability and Human Development Reaching out to minority individuals with disabilities should be part of a comprehensive service or intervention research program that ultimately attempts to improve their quality of life. This effort should be conducted as a partnership, with jointly determined goals and objectives, roles and responsibilities. Minorities with disabilities are tired of being "studied." They want allies who can support their struggle for a better quality of life and social justice."

The strategy of creating PPWs would decrease expenses within those areas to which the U.S Federal, state, and municipal governments provide services and amenities to private citizens; while making it possible for workers that are considered unemployable by regular employers to be hired into the public sector to perform labor in areas that do not require extensive skill training within a community college setting, but could be taught through OJT programs created for native U.S born disabled and displaced older workers; thus, successfully removing these individuals from chronic unemployment, SSI/SSDI and welfare lines.

It would also reduce strain on tax payers by reducing the amount of taxes needed to pay for these programs. According to Ron Miller of Cincinnati.Com, "in 10 years public-sector wages and benefits have grown twice as fast as those in the private sector. Economist Barry Bluestone shows us that, between 2000 and 2008, the price of state and local public services has increased by 41 percent nationally, compared with 27 percent for private services (et. al. Aug, 8 2011). This was phenomena was also reported by the New York Times.

Steps for carrying out the strategy would consist of:

1) Dispense with trickle down socio-economic policies; all necessary funding for this project should be injected into it at ground level within its' chosen communities not outside of them.

2) Focus on hiring qualified disabled minorities possessing the appropriate educational background, life experience, and work history to deal with issues of unemployment resolution, employment retention, resource management and urban renewal (not gentrification) to effectively enact and maintain this policy.

3) Focus on meeting needs such as employment, education, healthcare and building/rebuilding green and brown infrastructure within the community; the questions asked should be how do we make employment indigenous to this community as oppose to developing employment opportunities outside of it where they are out of reach of the community; what does this community need to successfully survive without aid from other communities or outside sources such as state and local government in terms of job proliferation, continual educational of its community based workforce, and efficient managerial development of its green and brown infrastructure, who can this community be empowered and made self-sufficient as oppose to dependent and needy.

4) Develop each project community in such a way that their inhabitants do not have to leave their community to obtain either goods or services in another community. This is what actually provides jobs within communities and decreases crime rates, as well as the number of unwed mothers, and urban violence.

By creating a provisional public workforce, state and local governments will be able to reduce the cost of repairing aspects of their infrastructure that require moderate levels of technical expertise and training with minimum cost; while successfully removing millions of people from their social service networks as they create healthy, vibrant consumers, workers and citizens.

Discover Why Becoming a Solutionary Is How You Create Positive Change

In this article I want to talk about the fundamental idea of how we think about change, and how to create the change in our lives that we desire. This is my own opinion and some of it comes from things I have read and learned from others.

While growing up and going to school the beginnings of the general fear of change started. In school we were taught to fear change and failure. The way to avoid failure was to always follow the rules, teach to the test and be prepared to follow the pre-designated path to a job. To mostly learn things that don't benefit our ability to create what ever we want in life. We have been taught in school to be afraid of too much change. We have been taught that pushing the envelope or breaking away from the crowd and doing something new and different, that creating change is scary and maybe even irresponsible.

The prevailing idea that is hammered into us in school is to stick to the rues and curriculum so you can get a good job, work hard and there will be time to relax and enjoy life when you retire. We are NOT taught to embrace change and think out of the box, to find solutions and think as solutionaries.

The word solutionary, coined by Zoe Weil who did a great talk about this subject on TED Talks, tedxdirigo.com a video platform. The idea is that when people are taught to look at the world and their own lives from the perspective of working toward solutions for problems and positive changes, they will be more successful themselves and society and the world will be a much better place. When people grow up and finish school they will be able to think as a solutionary. They will be able to find solutions to whatever comes their way.

If you are in a place in your life that you don't want to be in, how do you set your mind to find the positive change you want. Unfortunately we are not taught to be solutionaries and the people who do manage to change their way of thinking, do it through a very pro active and determined process of self improvement. They re-educate themselves so they can undue the way of thinking they were taught in school.

Most people tend to just keep repeating the same processes in their lives expecting to get a different result. They don't really create solutions for change and they wonder why they never get the change they want in their lives. Other people hide from change by blaming everybody and everything around them, including society, the economy and the government for their inability to accept or create the change they really want and need. The greater world does not usually change, we change first and then society and culture changes. The fear of change and the fear of the possibility of failure stops people dead in their tracks. We were not all taught to find solutions by thinking out of the box, basically to be solutionaries.

In my opinion, if we could re-educate ourselves to think in this way, to not fear change or the possibility of failure we could avoid a lot of pain and disappointment in life. We could find the solutions to the issues we face and solutions for creating want we want in life. It really is about changing the way we think and the only way to do that is through self improvement and re-educating ourselves.

For many people it is easier to just be depressed, use alcohol or drugs or just plain live life unhappy and unfulfilled. If you are a person who can honestly and sincerely say they are truly happy in all areas of your life, then I am not writing this article for you.

You are in the minority of people who have found whatever solutions that have worked for you. This article is for all the majority of people who would like more out of their lives and are stuck, because they were not taught to think in terms of finding solutions with out the fear of change.

As Zoe Weil in her talk on TED video put it, she says that if we were to graduate a generation of solutionaries, people who are taught this new way of thinking from a young age, we could change the world. We would have a generation of people who would be able to come up with solutions to create the change that could solve the problems that are confronting society. Instead of teaching people to follow like sheep, to not be comfortable asserting their leadership, we would have a generation of people who would be leaders through their ability and desire to come up with and implement solutions for positive change.

If you were taught in school to think out of the box and strive to be a leader, to come up with new ideas and challenge the old ones that don't work and that was the fundamental way you were taught to think, the world and your own life would be a much better more functional place.

Consider contributing to environmental preservation, creating a better world and a better life for yourself. It takes the desire and actions of average people to create a movement for change. What better way to take action than starting a business =that helps other people, our planet and yourself. Michael writes articles about environmental sustainability issues, including holistic health and business solutions for environmental preservation. He also coaches and trains people on how to get started in their own successful business, as an eco entrepreneur.

The Obama Administration Says They Will Create Jobs - I Have a Better Idea

It seems to me that the American people are being brainwashed by the media into thinking that the government, the Federal Reserve, and the Obama Administration are the only ones who can bring jobs back to America. That is absolutely blasterdash and poppycock. You see, it is not government that creates jobs, it is the private sector. Now then, I'd like to discuss this with you for a moment, in case you think you might disagree based on what you've heard in the media or the Teleprompter Routines spoken by the commander-in-chief.

President Obama would have us believe that the Obama Administration has a bullet proof plan to create jobs and reduce unemployment. Well, I have a better idea for the Administration, so let me explain. Rather than having the Obama Administration create jobs for us, and create new industries for America, maybe they might reduce regulations, delete ObamaCare, and call off the regulatory attack dogs so that we can have back all the industries they either hijacked or inadvertently destroyed?

There was a great little article and statement in the Wall Street Journal on August 18, 2011 in the Notable and Quotable Section which was a repeat of a speech by Warren Buffet's son Howard Buffet who had quoted a piece from the December 1956 issue of the "Freeman" and stated the challenges of the government grabbing hold of production rather than allowing the free-market to do it's magic. "Oh how history repeats," I say.

The reality is our nation has worked well because we believed in free markets, we believed in capitalism, and we demanded our liberty and freedom. That includes the right to choose, the right to pursue happiness, the right to free contract, and it comes with it the responsibility and the unfortunate reality that you can't have true success without failure. If we start believing that only the government can provide jobs, they will grab a hold of the money flows, capital flows, and production of our free-market system.

Now then, if the federal government cannot even mind its own affairs, live within its means, or balance its budget then how one Earth can we expect them to guarantee us that they can provide us jobs with some special plan that they concocted? They've never been able to do it before, they can't even handle their own affairs, and they keep running out of money because they have to borrow 40% of every dollar they spend. They spend 45% of everything they put out in the administration of those services.

The last thing we want them to do is meddle in the affairs of businessmen and women in the free-market system. The Obama Administration cannot provide jobs for America, it doesn't know how, it would be utterly ridiculous for us to ditch what works in the free-market, for some sort of hope and change that America will be better off as a socialist nation, with its industries nationalized. Please consider all this and think on it.

How to Create a Greater Amount of Freedom in Your World

Meetings & ConferencesImage by Starlight Express VIP Services via Flickr
Have you ever noticed how much struggle and suffering occurs in your own life when you attempt to change the people and circumstances in your life as they are happening in a moment of now?
Yet, for a few moments maybe you can just remember that great freedom comes from learning how to accept people and circumstances just as they are. In essence, through acceptance, you begin to release your need to control or change people or life situations that are not yours to control.

You don't have to even think about what I'm saying, because truth be told, the state of Peace comes from allowing things to happen just as they are happening. And it is through this acceptance that you become free to embrace every situation and every person that you encounter in the spirit of Love, Joy and Peace.

And I really don't know just what you're thinking now but the most important person for you to accept is you. Take a few slow, deep, relaxing breaths and as you continue to do so visualize yourself as a child of God who is now following a divinely inspired path. In this moment, feel free to let go of self-criticisms as you allow yourself to trust in that Divine wisdom that is within you.

Again, feeling a renewed sense of freedom and peace, you can begin to accept the people and circumstances in your life with the power of unconditional love and as you do so you might even begin to give thanks for all of the blessings that they bring.

Wipe away all thoughts of wonder and understand, just understand that when it comes to experiencing the freedom of Love, Joy and Peace through the spirit that is within you, it can be experienced when you start to meditate on a daily basis.

More than that, when you meditate on a daily basis you might begin to notice how it is actually helping you to create and make life-supporting decisions that ultimately lead you to all of the Love, Joy and Peace that you can imagine.

I noticed that the practice of Yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation technique helped bring back that spark of enthusiasm that seemed to be missing from my life and more than that it continues to take me to even deeper states of Love that I didn't even know where possible.

In the end, now that you have become aware of the fact that there is a tremendous amount of greater freedom waiting for you when you can begin to accept people and circumstances just as they are you will find that meditating on a daily basis is one of the most effective ways for you to create the kind of transformations in your own life that lead to the freedom of mind.
