Society treats you as a good person if you abide by its standards, even if some rules are archaic and even cruel. You are termed a rebel if you go against. However, if you don't have the capacity to follow any of these paths to the end, you will remain a slave to a collective thought-process, or Society. Your happiness or your sorrow then becomes defined by it, and you lose your identity and source of delight.
Creation broadens your horizon
You can always tune into the big picture by being inventive and creative. You can always find your way through the society-set rules by making changes that suit you. Even if you choose to react, do it in positive manner, otherwise the bitterness will haunt you and then finish your zeal.

Once Christopher Columbus was being jeered in Spanish court. Other ministers thought his achievement of discovering America accidental, and that anybody with resource could have done that. Columbus asked them all to make an egg stand upright. Of course, none could do that. Then he came forward, broke the egg and inverted one half of the shell on the ground.
Everything becomes elementary when the process behind it is shown. It is important to show the way. Columbus clearly walked on a path of least resistance, and thus could gather intense delight.
