Stop Pursuing Success and Start Attracting It

Have you been working yourself to the bone, pursuing success, working long hours, giving your all, but somehow success just seems to elude you. It always seems to stay out of reach and even redoubling your efforts does not seem to help much. No matter how much persistence you apply and how hard you try, you seem stuck on a hamster wheel and the harder you try, the more you seem to just spin your wheels. The reason for this is simple; you are approaching success from the wrong perspective. You cannot pursue success, anything you pursue, will elude you. The amount of success you have in your life is directly proportional to who you are and never to how hard you pursue success.

The simple formula for bringing long term sustainable success into your experience is to:

Identify all the skills, knowledge, abilities, attitude, character and philosophy that you need to attract the level of sustainable success you desire.Build a plan to gradually acquire all these skills, knowledge and abilities.Commit to take action daily to work your plan and learn all the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, until you grow into the person you need to be, to attract the level of success you desire.Keep refining your character, improving your attitude and moulding your philosophy, until you have evolved into the person that is suitable enough to attract all the people, relationships, circumstances and resources, which you need to sustain the success you desire.

If you want to have, do or be more, you need to commit to become more. As you become more, you become more attractive to everyone around you, everything seems to magically fall into place and success feels almost effortless. Opportunities that would have remained hidden from the person you were, will miraculously appear as if by magic and you will have everything you need to explore, exploit and finally utilise any opportunities that will come your way.

Think of your level of knowledge, skills and abilities, being depicted by the water level in a half full swimming pool. Now visualise all the success that you desire, attached to the wall of the swimming pool, at varying levels, depending on the level of success. If you wanted to attract any of the success that is attached to the wall of the pool into your life, you could for a short time cup your hands and raise the water level to enjoy that level of success.

Although as soon as you stop causing the wave, the water level will go back to where it was and that level of success would once again be out of reach. There would also be levels of success attached high up on the wall that, no matter how hard you tried to cause big enough waves in the pool, they would remain out of reach. So how do you get to reach and sustain the success that you desire? You put more water in the pool, by growing your level of knowledge, skill and ability. As you progressively raise the level of the water in the pool, you effortlessly bring that level of success into your experience.

I hope this analogy has helped you to understand this really important concept. Commit to your on-going personal development, continue to refine your attitude, keep improving your character and constantly mould your philosophy, until you become the person that you need to be, to deserve the success you desire. This unlocks your potential, avoids all the pain associated with pursuing success and makes attracting success feel almost effortless.

Attracting Wealth Using The Power Of The Mind

There are many people who believe that manifesting wealth and success is possible only through the lottery of birth or by simply being lucky. It's of course true that pure luck does sometimes - though only rarely - play its part in alleviating or improving someone's financial position, but you could easily spend your whole life relying on or hoping for a miracle that will never come.

Unless you're born into money - and for some people who have been the benefits and pleasures of wealth have become utterly meaningless - you have to understand first and foremost that you will never become financially secure without having a prosperity mindset at the root of all of your actual financial endeavours.

The meaning of the phrase prosperity mindset or prosperity consciousness relates to the mental attitude held by those people who seem to be able to generate varying degrees of wealth with relative ease, who seem to be just "lucky", even in the most challenging of financial and economic times and situations.

While a few people are born into money, no one is born with a prosperity consciousness. It has to be developed. Some wealthy and successful people - who may otherwise have no conscious awareness of the power of the subconscious mind - naturally and unconsciously developed their prosperity mentality as they were growing up, by way of a particular kind of upbringing, environment and the adoption of certain personality traits.

The good news is that it's possible for almost anyone, irrespective of their current mental attitude or financial situation, to reprogram their subconscious thought processes in such a way as to unlock and harness the vast and possibly infinite power of the subconscious and channel it towards wealth creation.

Even in the worst of financial circumstances, there is always an opportunity of some sort or other waiting to be utilized, and its through the hidden power of the subconscious that these seemingly invisible opportunities can be discovered, and the self belief and confidence to use them can be found.

Almost everyone would like to be financially well off. However, on a deeper, subconscious level most people have to varying degrees what is known as a scarcity mindset. The scarcity mindset stems ultimately from deep rooted negative self beliefs. It tells you that the acquisition of serious wealth is almost impossible except for a "lucky" few, and that hardship and financial want is the "natural" condition. It constantly tells you that there are numerous "reasons" why you couldn't or shouldn't be financially free.

With this kind of mentality operating at the back of their minds it's not surprising that many people don't really believe that they're capable of achieving financial freedom. The answer, the first step on the road to financial independence, lies in gaining an understanding of the fact that you have a subconscious mind which is real and all powerful, and that the power of the subconscious can be harnessed by training your conscious mind to consistently think thoughts and visualize images relating to whatever goal it is that you want to achieve.

This has nothing to do with idle daydreaming. In fact training your conscious mind in this way requires focus and dedication.

The subconscious contains within it a spark of - and a link to - all of the power and wisdom in the universe. It is ultimately all powerful, but is also in a way malleable, because it uses its power to reflect the nature and quality of your habitual conscious thought and create around you and attract to you the conditions and circumstances represented by your conscious thoughts.

In other words, if you're more or less constantly thinking about and believing in financial failure, your subconscious will ensure that that is what you get. If you think of and believe in success, it will one way or another ensure that you succeed. The subconscious is indifferent as to your success or failure, health or ill health or whatever, but will create and attract to you whatever positive or negative conditions and circumstances are represented by the nature of the thought energy that it habitually receives from your conscious mind.

Self hypnosis represents the best method of training your mind in this way. By committing yourself to a daily program of relaxation, visualization and positive suggestion in relation to your goal of financial freedom, you'll soon begin to find ideas and insights about money creation coming into your mind which would never have previously occurred to you. Actual opportunities - sometimes through peculiar "coincidences" - will begin to appear, and you'll begin to feel your old self doubt being replaced by self belief and optimism.

Kenneth McRae has studied and written extensively on psychology, hypnosis and the subconscious, and has shown many friends and others how to use self hypnosis to deal with and overcome a wide range of issues. Attracting Birds to Your Environment

Did you ever wonder why your neighbours seem to have an array of birds visiting their garden year-round? If you are interested in having these feathered friends grace your yard, talk to the neighbour to see what they are doing or do a little trial and error attracting on your own.

Either way, you are going to find that attracting birds to your yard is a relatively easy process and you may already be doing so if you have trees and shrubs that offer berries for them to feed off of. Find out the kind of birds that are common to your area. Place a few bird houses on posts in the garden or perched on the fence. Incorporate some bird feeders and a bird bath and the next thing you will know, is that you are being regularly visited by all kinds of feathery friends.

Housing birds can be done either by making your own bird house from a pattern or purchasing them. Commercial houses come in a variety of sizes, shapes and color. Some houses are made specifically for certain types of birds. Be sure to do your homework.

Choose food for your clientele. Read the packages carefully to determine that the type of seed you are buying is going to keep the majority happy. The last thing you want is waste and mess, which will happen if the feed you purchase contains what is known as fillers. The gourmet seeds cost a bit more, but the result is worth it when you entice more than your common local birds to your feeders. Gardeners who love birds, but hate the thought of pulling weeds, grasses and plants produced from wasted seed that has germinated, will also gravitate towards these types of seeds because they contain no shells, thus, no germination if dropped to the ground.

Now that you have picked out the feed what about a feeder? All mixed feed will have seeds that come in various shapes and sizes. It is important to choose a feeder that will allow the oddest shape seed to flow through smoothly. When you are refilling the feeder, clean out any old seed to avoid rot and bacteria. Clean the feeder thoroughly three or four times a year. Keep your feeders full throughout the year. Some people think that once spring and summer are here, they don't need to feed the birds; however, this is a time when eggs are being laid and young are hatching. The extra nutrition added by the food in your feeder will also encourage the mothers to bring their young for a treat when they learn to fly.

To attract birds to your feeders, remember to include water nearby. You can do this using garden fountains and ponds or even a bird bath. Whatever you choose, these areas too, need to be kept clean and refreshed often, to ward off disease and keep the birds coming back.

Place your feeders and bird baths in an area that is easily accessible by you and not by predators such as larger birds of prey and cats. For your enjoyment from either inside or out situate your feeders in your garden, on your deck and where ever you can watch them from the various rooms in your home.
